Massive Quads & Calves, let's go. This lower body workout will leave your legs shaking. Going for the BURN and full ranges of movements. Your glutes and hamstrings will also be working today. All you need for today's workout is pair of dumbbells, I'm using 2 x15lbs dumbbells for weights and of course my body weight for pulses. Timer is on for 40 seconds of work and 35 seconds for rest.
