Awesome 30 minutes glutes and thighs workout with glute band and dumbbell. This is day 5 in the Sculpted series. All exercises are going to focus on growing the Glutes & Quads & Hamstrings muscles, the beginning of the workout primarily focuses on the glutes and we'll move onto the hamstrings and quads. Your entire glutes, lower body are going to work hard in this workout. Make sure you select the weights that you can control and pause at any point of the exercise. Perform each movement with control and focus on having your mind inside your muscles. Have fun lifting and getting strong in the process.
