Giant Glutes and hamstrings workout today, and yes this is the Finale, last day of our FORCE program. Glutes and Hamstrings will be burning today. We'll be using resistance bands and following with banded hip thrusts, banded walks and squats are all in this video. Timer is on for 40 seconds of work and 35 seconds for rest.
