With an oversized head and undeveloped limbs, it’s quite apparent that Charles has some physical disabilities, but his infectious smile brings joy to his family. I'm unsure what kind of disability Charles has, leave a commend down below if you might know or have some clues. The family visits a few beaches, giving them time to play in the sun and waves.
