_8mm's video: Found Footage Let s meet some of the family To Dad From Bob 1 of 6

Recently a friend passed along a set of 8mm that was given to him. These old family movies and their hand written notes show us a bit of family life in 1945's America. The first of six reels, we get a brief introduction to the family in the "come outside and stand for a photo" way that 8mm always seems to bring out in people. We are introduced to a few babies and children in this, who we'll get to see a bit more of as this series unfolds. As an added bonus (throughout this series), the person behind the camera has a passion for airplanes flying by. Included here are some cute dogs, a heart in the sky, passing airplanes, farming, and lots of family members. Enclosed in the metal box was 6 8mm reels, notes for some of the reels, and a gift tag that said "To: Dad, From: Bob". ------------------------ _8mm will feature a weekly upload of home movies or found footage. Our goal is to bring life back into those forgotten moments.
