This is what I ate a day in January! There are some great healthy and easy detox recipes in here, and they all happen to be vegan as well! A subscription box filled with amazing healthy and natural snacks! https://goo.gl/Ry3qwy • RECIPES IN THIS VIDEO • Waffles 1 ripe banana Oats and almond milk (I don't really measure, but I'm guessing it was about 1/ to 2/3 cup oats and maybe 1 cup almond milk) Optional: add 1 egg or chia egg Add 1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder for chocolate waffles I topped mine with a chocolate sauce (cocoa powder, coconut oil and maple syrup), coconut yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and more banana Lunch - Soup 4 carrots 1/2 onion 1 sweet potato 2 cloves of garlic 1 big tsp turmeric Black pepper to taste 2 scoops + the water from a can of coconut milk Water until it almost covers the vegetables I made my soup in a soup maker that my mom got for Christmas. If you don't have one, you can att everything to a pot instead and simmer/boil it for 20-25 minutes. Then use a hand blender to make a smooth soup. I topped the soup off with 1/2 avocado, sunflower seeds and more black pepper Dinner - Courgetti 1 courgette/zucchini Sauce: 1/2 avocado, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 handfuls spinach, juice from 1 lime. Blend together in a blender. Add water as needed.
