Denn hat man lediglich eine knappe Stunde Zeit, um die komplette Lounge für die Gäste, die ab 17:00 reserviert haben, herzurichten. Der Ablauf, jeder Handgriff, die Koordination, ... einfach alles muss perfekt sitzen und aufeinander abgestimmt sein. Schließlich dürfen die Gäste hier etwas erwarten. Ganz oben auf der Liste: Sauberkeit, ein schönes und ansprechendes Ambiente und einiges mehr. Die Gäste sollen sich wohlfühlen, feiern und unvergessliche Momente erleben und dafür legt sich ein eingespieltes Team gewaltig ins Zeug.
