With the very sad passing of Ernie Carroll, I was browsing online for some wonderful Ossie Ostrich moments. It was then that I discovered this gaping hole in the Australian Music Archives! Nowhere could I find a copy of Ossie’s great song, “Being Pink”! This terrible wrong needed to be righted! So, I quickly fashioned a video for Daryl & Ossie fans. (This is NOT my own work - song written by G and D Somers 1976) While it’s true that being in COVID isolation & bored may have had something to do with this, I also feel that this song should be there for Ossie fans when needed. Don’t worry - you can’t catch COVID from me via YouTube… but you may pick up a computer virus. 😜
