Hola! en este video les enseño como hacer el frosting de manteca emulsificada que es el que yo uso para decorar la mayoria de mis bizcochos y que anteriormente me han pedido la receta. Este frosting es muy bueno para decorar bizcochos en sitios humedos y tropicales como lo es Puerto Rico. Es un frosting muy firme que aun añadiendole color no se va a caer del bizcocho y es muy bueno de sabor. También le pueden añadir el sabor de su preferencia.
