This fruit is seen in may and june speciall in all over India. It has many health benifites. So today in this video i will be showing how to make falsa sharbat along with it i will be sharing health befits of phalsa. This tiny berry has a big seed and less of flesh. But the taste is sweet n fruity sour but addictive. Best way to consume is to sprinkle with some salt and black salt and eat them. But its sherbet has to be made fresh and consumed fresh. It has a very refreshing taste at the same time helps fight heat strokes, help the stomach in digestion and induces hunger. Ingredients • 1 cup Falsa • ½ cup sugar • 2 tsp black salt • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder • 8-10 ice cube • 1.5 ltr Water Directions: - Wash falsa properly. In a blender add falsa, sugar and ice cubes and blend well - Take a bowl and strain the mixture and add black salt and mix well. - Delicious falsa juice is ready to serve.
