here are some quick tips to tell if your new ray ban modern wayfarers (RB 2132) are authentic. that trick with the metal bar going through the center of the arm should also be there for the classic wayfarers (RB 2140). the main differences between the classic (RB 2140) and the modern (RB 2132) wayfarers are: 1. the lenses of modern ones are a little bit smaller ("shorter) compared to the classics, and 2. the modern ones do NOT have those hinges that are on the classic ones. if you dont know what hinges im talking about, just go and watch one of my other videos about the wayfarers. the modern ones have a 3-pronged hinge verses the classic's 7-pronged hinge. please leave comments & enjoy!
