Hi beauties! This is a GRWM for our Wedding Vow Renewal. May 28, 2015 is our 5th wedding anniversary. My husband and I decided to renew our wedding vows on our 5th anniversary! Sorry if lighting is not the best and if there were a few makeup steps that I was unable to film since I wasn't planning on filming myself doing my makeup on that day; especially because I was in a huge hurry. But I decided to film anyway. This video is very special to me. I hope you like it and thank you for watching! :) I feel so blessed to celebrate 5 years of marriage with my husband. And to renew our vows in front of our children is more than I could ever ask for! Truly, a moment like this, some people wait a lifetime. My husband and I talked about renewing our vows on our 5th wedding anniversary . But it was not super planned nor was it set on stone. Matter of fact, I bought my dress a couple of days before we left for our 5-day vacation :P I had no idea Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlingburg, TN​ is one of the best wedding destinations in the US. May 28, 2015 was indeed a challenging day for us. We encountered a couple of trials, thus, the night before, my husband and I had NO SLEEP, at all!!! But thankfully we surpassed them! Plus, hubby got sick, the weather didn't cooperate, and our schedule got messed up. So the Pastor we originally contacted couldn't do it on that day anymore (we tried to reschedule twice but he couldn't do it past 4pm). We didn't get out of our other commitment until around past 6:00pm (the rain stopped pouring and sun was still out). We could have easily rescheduled to a different day, but how awesome would it be to renew our vow on our 5th wedding anniversary! Although feeling hopeless, around 6:45pm, I offered a silent prayer, picked up the phone and called Pastor Rob from a list of licensed Pastor / Ordained Minister in the area. I was ready for him to refuse officiating our vow renewal, but to my surprise he said YES! As long as we have the renewal done at his property and we have to be there within 45 mins (that's pretty short considering :P Plus ang pose pa and picture-picture lol :P). You have no idea how happy that made me. Indeed, nothing is impossible with God!!! Also, Pastor Rob turned out to b a really amazing man! He rally helped made it a special and intimate ceremony. I can tell that he really puts his all into every wedding he officiates. Plus the cake that he provided was one of the best cake I ever had!! Looking back at some of the photos now, sometimes I think I wish I did my makeup like this, I wish I had my hair done like that and so on LOL :P But at that moment, it didn't even matter what I wore and how I looked like anymore . I'm just happy hubby and I were able to renew our vow! :) Cheers to 5 years and forever, my dear husband, my smiley!
