Cream of Cauliflower soup: 1 head of cauliflower, 6 carrots, few thick slices of fennel, 4 stalks celery, small bunch of thyme, about 1/4 cup of dill, 1 onion, 1 can of organic coconut milk, 1 tsp. Garam Masala, few shakes of hot pepper flakes, 1 and 1/2 of vegetable broth. Cook till tender and use emersion blender until smooth. Add coconut milk last and salt and pepper to taste.
