So, finally got some time to freestyle after class today :) and decided to spend the entire time on static pole, which i haven't done for a while. worked on my oona/Russian split on my bad side for the first time (now "good" side thanks to a hamstring pull on my right leg....). Some moments of awkward and some cool stuff in there. Thanks for watching! Song is "sweeter love" by the awesome Athenaeum. Also-- yay for high-def, finally.
