Kondisi lalu lintas di dalam kota Madiun padat cenderung lancar. Karena para pemudik/ perantau sudah meninggalkan kampung halamannya Kondisi lalu lintas terjadi di beberapa titik, diantaranya di jalan Mastrip (kawasan Stadion Wilis), jalan Dr.Sutomo dll.. Sedangkan, lalu lintas dalam kota mengarah ke arah Surabaya/ menuju perempatan Dumpil/ Gerbang tol Madiun sangat padat cenderung macet.
