When I lived in Britain I hardly ever saw a squirrel. When I spotted one at my university hall of residence, it was literally "something to write home about". But here in Ottawa, there are squirrels everywhere. And when they realise you've got a bird feeder, they beat a path to your window to ask why the birds are so special. And since I tend to cut the crusts off sandwiches, I pass them on to a grateful audience. Uh, here comes another one. Tell your friends, why don't you.
