One of the most rarest feat ever in Indian Railways where a train gets the honor to be hauled by both an Electric and Diesel Locomotive at 130 km/hr speed. The train I am talking about is none other than the 22451/52 Bandra-Chandigarh Superfast Express. This second train after the 12327/28 Patna-Kota Express that enjoys this rare feat. It is powered by BRC's white beast WAP-7 for its 130 km/hr run in the Western Railways stretch of Virar-Ahmedabad section and likewise it is powered by Ludhiana's munda ie. WDP-4D from Ahmedabad onwards to Chandigarh where it runs at 130 km/hr speed between Badli and Ambala Cantt section of Northern Railways. So we start the show with Electric Aggression first in the Western Railways network. On a humid evening, Vadodara's White Beast, BRC WAP-7 led 22451 Bandra-Chandigarh Superfast Express darts past Lakodra Dethan station ,present in the speedy Bharuch-Vadodara Section of Western Railways, at 130 km/hr speed. You can cherish the gleaming LHB coaches rumbling past the station premises as the rays of sunlight showers it's blessings upon them.! Following the Electric Aggression we now proceed with the Diesel Aggression in the Northern Railways network. On an overcast morning, Ludhiana's pehelwan LDH WDP-4D takes charge of the 22452 Chandigarh-Bandra Superfast Express as it bolts past Sandal Kalan station ,present in the Delhi-Ambala Section of Northern Railways, at astonishing 130 km/hr speed.
