This is just a how-to for general fruit smoothies :) I make them almost every day and they're ready in minutes. ** This recipe is for TWO SERVINGS! If you want to make only one, cut the recipe in half. BASELINE RECIPE 1.5 cups Water 3 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Stevia or other 0-calorie sweetener 2 tsp Spirulina or other added vitamins, fiber, protein powder, etc. plus FLEXIBLE RECIPE 1 whole Banana 1/2 cup Low- or Non-Fat Yogurt ~ 1 cup Strawberries ~ 1 cup Mixed Berries/Fruit... i.e. rasp-, blue-, black-, and marion-berries, peach, mango, pineapple, etc. Note: to add flavor without adding bulk, you can also add a teaspoon or two of frozen juice concentrate, such as apple juice in berry smoothies or orange juice in a tropical-fruit smoothie :) ----- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/antishayfanpage Blog: http://blog.shantimarshalla.com WEIGHT LOSS FAQ's: http://www.antishayweightloss.com/faq
