Remilia Scarlet is a character I've played with way too much. I've 50 hours and 32 minutes in game playing with just this character. Most of that time I was conflicted on where to put her on the tier list. I've made up an objective method of judging characters in Rivals of Aether. I'll do a video explaining it in a week. However, I think that Remilia is definitely one of those characters that needs hours of training to get used to. That's why she is the perfect match-up for Saji.
