El Higado todos sabemos que es una excelente fuente de nutrientes, vitaminas y minerales. El hígado de vaca contiene una carga de cobre, de riboflavina y de las vitaminas A y B12. Posee una porcentaje muy alto de unidades de B6 lo que lo hace un excelente inmuno protector de amplias enfermedades. Hoy les presento una receta clásica acompañado de cebolla (Allium cepa) como excelente antibiótico y bactericida natural. Y un puré de papa que al paladar le resultará como andar entre las nubes.
