Deliciosa, nutritiva y fresca ensalada con solo 6 ingredie tes que nunca faltan en casa: 1/3 repollo blanco, 3 zanahorias medianas, 1 ó 2 tomates perita, 1/2 ají pimiento rojo, 1 huevo duro, vinagre de manzana 2 chdas, aceite oliva exvg 2 chdas, sal a gusto. Opcional 2 chdas de mayonesa (o a gusto: ceasar, chipotle, ranch) y 1 palta (ahuacate, avocado). Bon appétit.
