Renowned worldwide for his ground- breaking work with grizzly bears in Canada and Russia, Charlie has spent the better part of 52 years closely observing the nature of these animals in their natural habitat — more time than anyone else in direct, peaceful relationship with wild grizzly bears. A former rancher and guide, Charlie is also an author, photographer, and self- taught pilot.
