Thoroughly mix your dry ingredients in a bowl (1 tsp baking powder, 4 tsp swerve confectioner, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder). 2. Mix your wet ingredients in a different bowl (14g melted butter, 1/4 cup coconut creme, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tsp pandan extract). 3. After the wet ingredients are well mixed, mix in your dry ingredients and whisk everything together. 4. Turn on your waffle maker and coat it in non stick spray. 5. Pour your waffle batter on the waffle maker and cook it from 1:30-2 minutes. Do not cook for more than 2 minutes. The waffle may be dried out if you go over 2 minutes. 6.
