Here’s the recipe for my easy, crispy, KETO Chicken Katsu. This recipe was made in the air fryer too for all of you calorie conscious eaters out there! Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/beewinns/ Nutritional Info (4oz serving size) Calories: 378 Protein: 27g Total Carbs: 3g Fiber: 2g NET CARBS: 1g Fat: 30g Recipe: Chicken breast Almond flour: https://amzn.to/34DtGdz Pork Rinds 2 eggs Non stick cooking oil spray Air fryer I used: https://amzn.to/2Ja13hF Instructions: Fillet a standard chicken breast into thin slices. Place plastic wrap over chicken and then tenderize until each slide is 1 cm thick. Blend or smash pork rinds until they transform into a “bread crumb” like consistency. Create egg wash with 2 eggs and 1 tbsp of water. Mix ingredients well for even consistency in the egg wash. Dip the chicken breast into the egg wash and fully coat the meat. Cover the chicken breast in almond flour. Dip the chicken breast into the egg wash for a second time. Cover the chicken breast in the pork rind bread crumbs. Coat both sides of the chicken with non-stick cooking oil spray. Place chicken in the airfryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken over and airfry the chicken katsu for another 15 minutes. Enjoy! For extra cheesy flavor, place thin slices of cheese over your chicken katsu and airfry/bake it in the oven for 4 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
