By far one of the toughest "finishers" I've done. About 6 months ago I had a dream about this very setup of driving at an ascending angle using bands and a football bar. Played around with it a few times and finally implemented it. We worked up to 3-plates on each side. Each set was 3 drives, we did 2 sets at a time then 90-sec rest after the 2nd set for 12 sets total!
