Turns out the earlier Glover 2 prototype had a different version of the Sucker Ball spell where it didn't require you to stand in specific spots like the later one. Unfortunately, it's terribly slow and can't get atop of surfaces from walls. Even with a couple of debug control shenanigans and the Speed Up spell it barely increases the speed of it. Doing some more debug tricks can allow you to combine the two spells which does allow you to go up walls much quicker by jumping up with the ball, but it's not intended to function that way. Overall, I think the later beta fixed up a lot of issues that plagued this earlier version and made it much easier to control and use.
