Slight modifications of the Bedouin drums crank up the flavor, while a slappin' snare brings a certain grittiness to the mix. Dru throws in vocal bits as the tension rises and garnishes them with refreshing effects. Jay Malinowski's voice sets in for a chilling sequence shortly before the Doc unleashes the horns. Our general surgeon incorporates a smooth bridge for his patients' waiting-time, but it won't be long until he gets down to business and ready to operate: The scalpel wielding beat-physician and mastermind behind "The Voice of Dru" inserts thundering synthesizers for a magnificent drop, triggering the vital signs of every tweaked out zombie the dance floor has to offer.
