@#04.1 Flame Test KClO3 + Cu(OH)2 + sugar

KClO3 is tested with copper hydroxide and sugar. The flame has a blue colour, just as excepted, but the reaction speed is too high for a pyrotechnical mixture. Would it be possible to slow down the reaction with potash?
