Desde hace v25 años, el matrimonio formado por Maricamen y Manolo regentan el obrador Virgen del Valle, en el Palma del Condado, que también tiene cafetería. Pero el oficio familiar se remonta a cuatro generaciones de pasteleros. AD acudió alli atraído por el olor de sus torrijas y, después de miles de votos, se hicieron como el lugar donde hacen las mejores torrijas de Andalucía.
