We explain how the Lexus Customer Service Program ZLZ, which is a special extended warranty works for the repair of the melted dashboards and cracked dashboards that many Lexus owners discovered on their late model vehicles. Lexus began to notify dealers of this second warranty fix for this issue in September 2018. But after March 31, 2021, you can no longer get your cracked dashboard repaired for free at your local Lexus dealership.
