This boxing workout is great for women who box and want to build glutes fast! For all my girls who box, this one is for you! Whether I am at my weight training gym OR HOME, I can always get in a 30 minute workout that includes weight training and boxing. This workout starts with a combo of the day that you will incorporate with your boxing rounds. You will see it in slow motion so you can get down the movements. The workout is as follows: Boxing 2 min 10 plank out, hop up with dumbbells, swing weights back and curl Boxing 2 min 10 Roman deadlift with separate single assisted RDLs Boxing 2 min 10 Sumo squat with kickbacks Jump rope 2 min. 10 Curtsy lunges with curl Repeat this curcuit 3-6 times.
