Transcript: The biggest catastrophe in the world is the United States. For the last 10 years, life expectancy in the United States has declined steadily. Their life expectancy for 2020-21 is 77 years. We haven’t realized the difference relative to us in France. It’s alarming. Cuba has a better life expectancy. North Africa—superior to that of the United States. Quite an achievement! In fact, there is a correlation between obesity and life expectancy. Second, mortality is partly due to the fact that Americans were the first victims of their pharmaceutical industry thanks to derivatives of opium and morphine. And so there is excess mortality from the use of opium derivatives, whether it’s from recreational drugs, or drugs given for common pain. This explains the end of a standard of living that we should think about more seriously than we think about Covid.
