The DHT11 humidity and temperature sensor makes it really easy to add humidity and temperature data to your DIY electronics projects. It’s perfect for remote weather stations, home environmental control systems, and farm or garden monitoring systems. I’ll show you how to connect the DHT11 to an Arduino and give you some example code so you can use the DHT11 in your own projects. Here are the ranges and accuracy of the DHT11: Humidity Range: 20-90% RH Humidity Accuracy: ±5% RH Temperature Range: 0-50 °C Temperature Accuracy: ±2% °C Operating Voltage: 3V to 5.5V The MAX7219 is an integrated serial input output common-cathode display driver which is connected to microprocessor or microcontroller along with the 8 bit 7 segment digital LED display. The MAX7219 has integrates a convenient four wire serial interface that can be used to all micro-controller, microprocessor. Each on-chip data can be addressed in the update without rewriting all display, and also allows you to select each data encoding or no-coding. The entire module device includes a 150μA low power shut off mode, analog and digital brightness control, scan limit register allows you to display 1-8 bit data, and LED light detection mode.
