In this project I have made my own LED bulb. Reason for this project is that bulbs from local markets branded or not branded can't work for a long time. I need bulbs for chickens, an it works 24 hours a day and few months. So I have tried with bulbs from market and known brands, I didn't satisfied with lifespan of it. So I have decided to build bulbs. In this project I have used 10W led chip(real power about 6W), led driver 3W(Less power longer lifespan) and northbridge heatsink from old asus motherboard, and cfl bulb housing. I have already built few of this bulbs and most of them works more than 100 days 24 hours a day. I have tried with bulbs from market and they died after one month of using. Please subscribe.
