Hey gang! I got great feedback on the Rake It Up Planks & Bridges Circuit, so in honor of Cardi going platinum I figured I'd do a Bodak Yellow Circuit workout too! This is all about the lower body - Squats, side leg lifts, fast feet, lunges, back leg lifts, calf raises - WHEW! It's a killer in only 4 minutes. Fun Challenge: Do this, then Rake it Up, 2 times each, THEN do the Slow Like Honey Splits Stretch! If you have a song you want me to do a workout to, comment below!
