This workout can be done anywhere and by anyone – whether are you a beginner looking to start your fitness goals this year or an advanced fitness junkie. You will just need a pair of dumbbells to start (choose the weight depending on your strength level) and this workout will work all of your arm muscles—shoulders, biceps, and triceps (the back of your upper arms!)
