Charles Hall, writer of the internationally acclaimed short film CERAMIC TANGO wins the award for Best Screenplay at the Macabre Faire Film Festival. The award was accepted on his behalf by director/producer Patricia Chica and actor Richard Cardinal who plays 'THE Intruder' in the movie.
