ESTO EN RESPUESTA AL LEGISLATIVO Y EJECUTIVO PORQUE HASTA EL MOMENTO SU PROYECTO DE LEY NO ES APROBADO POR EL PLENO DE LA REPÚBLICA. EL DIRIGENTE INFORMÓ QUE EL PROYECTO DE LEY QUE LOS EXCLUYE DE LA LEY DE SERVICIO CIVIL, AÚN PERMANECE EN LA COMISIÓN DE PRESUPUESTO DESDE LA SEMANA PASADA Y AÚN NO TENDRIA LUZ VERDE.
