En sta rutina es muy efectiva para moldear la cintura y definir la espalda, deben realizar 20 repeticiones de cada uno de los movimientos de la secuencia y en total deben realizar 4 secuencias completas de 2 a 3 veces por semana. Es muy importante que mantengan el estómago contraído para proteger la espina dorsal.
