Ricetta facile e molto veloce per un crema ideale per farcire torte, dolci, cupcake o anche da gustare come dolce al cucchiaio. È ottima anche come isolante tra pan di spagna e pasta di zucchero per chi non vuole usare la crema di burro!... Nel video è mostrata col cioccolato al latte, la ricetta base prevede il cioccolato fondente, ma va bene anche quella bianca... Le dosi non cambiano! Con queste dosi si farcisce uno strato di un pan di spagna di 24 cm di diametro. Buon appetito da clubzerouno!
