I hope you all remember "Mongo" the big buckskin QH I pulled off the kill lot. Mongo has been recuperating from serious abuse both mental and physical. I have had him adjusted twice by my chiropractor, two sessions of light frequency therapy, and had to put pads and shoes on his front feet due to abcesses. There was hardly a joint in him that wasn't locked up, and his front feet were giving him a lot of pain. His muscles had been so stressed that he couldn't canter . I am now workling him and he is a changed horse. He is still in rehab but is getting stronger and more mobile . He loves attention and desires to work. Not bad for a "Bronc" on his way to a Mexican slaughter house. Look back at my videos "Mongo the beginning" to see where we started. This is just a short clip of the end of one evening and what I decided to try.
