Yes, I’m mini bulking. I tend to gain in my midsection. Thus why I look “fatter”. But don’t fret. I’m still on top of everything. Again, I appreciate what I can only assume is concern/worry- no matter how mean you all make things sound in DM’s. 😝 In 2023 I made a choice to change my life and document it to keep me accountable. I pushed past every goal and this community helped me lose just over 200 pounds in a year! 2024, the focus is on building, growing into a more muscular frame, and truly helping people reach their goals!
