courtneybrad's video: How to use your Master Tonic

@How to use your Master Tonic
There is so much you can do with this recipe its not even funny. You have many options here. However, this is my recipe for this batch: I use: lemons, tangerine or other citrus fruit, onions, garlic, ginger, horseradish, peppers, mustard seeds, peppercorns, herbs like rosemary, basil, thyme. Spices like cinnamon and cloves, and apple cider vinegar(with the mother) chop or use a food processor, combine into mason jar of your preferred size, cover with apple cider vinegar. Shake daily like a tincture and strain after about 2-4 weeks depending. Make sure you have no metal touching, as you can see I have a plastic baggie over the top of mine. You can take this as a daily preventative for sickness, there are herbs in here that are antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, diuretic, blood purifying, blood moving, metabolism increasing, and blood circulatory aid. It's warming, pungent, sweet and sour. You're really only limited by your imagination here. NOTE: You can store in the refrigerator if you want to, but there's really no need as long as there's not an abundance of water. You want to keep the acidity level at 5% which is how the Apple cider vinegar comes. If you go lower than that, you risk bacteria over time. Even though you have antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial herbs in there you still want to take precautions. If you only use dried herbs because you're in a pinch then you don't have to worry about this. Always use fresh herbs they have more essential oils.
