Another lost and forgotten gem that was hidden away, drowning forever a sea of early mono videos. But.. Let's praise the lord, haaaaalleluuujah.. Jacob "Tuneful" Tubbs is back at last, in full glorious stereo!! I've been digging through my channel, picking out the best songs for a new audio project.. I came across this one, in sad mono shape, low view count, and felt that Poor Jacob needed a little cleaning up, and another push.... Haaaaalleluuujah.. This is one of them, swiped from an old Dallas cable access talent showcase program in 1996/1997, this show would often feature local DFW performers, and was always worth a watch and record. Always scouring for "Kable Krap".. One night, I saw this guy (I started taping after his intro, so no idea what his name was. So he is now forever known as Jacob "Tuneful" Tubbs).. And judging from the end of the video, I guess I lost interest and changed channels (to an equally awful Dallas cable access drama).. Oh well, this poor man will forever be known as Jacob "Tuneful" Tubbs I guess.... This video never really caught much attention here. Either the shitty mono sound, or was just overlooked.. But I always liked this bit. Obnoxious, but confident. And while selecting songs featured on the channel to go onto the Bandcamp collection, good old Jacob HAD to make the tracklist!!!
