An educational moment, from a nameless brown puppet, taking 27 seconds of your time, talking about the 8th letter of the alphabet, the letter H and the many words that START with H.. Words such as house, hey, hello, hamburger, Henry, Helen, history, hot, hotel, hat.. and of course, many many more!! But of course (for no explained reason) this puppet's favorite H letter is HORSE..... "Peppermint Place" was a local kids show that was filmed & aired in Dallas from 1975--1996 (and was syndicated to various markets in TX, and elsewhere).. It featured puppets, songs, interviews with local family acts, and obligatory educational bits. Mostly campy, tacky, but unforgettable for people who grew up in Dallas in the 80's (for better or worse)
