Join me every Sunday as I taste a wine and pair it with a meal. This weeks selection is a 2017 Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio from Italy, $13. I give it 3 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ https://www.santacristina.wine/en/wines-and-specialties/pinot-grigio/ Matt made a fresh macadamia nut pesto atop spaghetti for us to try with the wine. The strong basil and garlic flavors from the pesto was complimented by the light, crisp apple notes of the wine. The ginormous basil came from McCall Flower Farm, Inc (& Produce).
