Data4664's video: BMW 1 series 118i 06 will not start I need help I think the starter

I have 1 battery charging now okey, but I take out my old battery and charge that for nearly 24hours and it says 14,v take it out too the car and voltage drops to 11,v why? and the car cant get start at all;( it seems on my its the starter beacuse the battery have worked before so what do you think?no respind form the egine but radio okey and,lights and the key I can lock my car but cant start see video. BMW 1 serie 118i automatic petrol 06 modell. The red wiring + cabel back on car under the battery hood are good and the gorund/chassin not check that now can it be that? Over 2 weeks seems bad to starts geeting worse and worse and now completly stop;( and the car is very good and enough gasoline too and oil.
