The Windscreen on the Elan needs to be removed....well, you can't really prep and paint with it in place. In addition although the rubber doesn't took to bad some sort of mastic has been used at the top edges of the frame, especially at the corners and it's gone brittle and looks awful. The chromed ABS trim strip is also looking shoddy. So out it comes....
