Receta completa Berenjena napolitana INGREDIENTES • 1 berenjena en láminas • 1 huevo batido • 100 gr de pan rallado • 100 gr de queso mozzarella • 4 láminas de jamón • 50 gr de salsa de tomate • 100 gr de Harina • Orégano PREPARACIÓN Rebozar las berenjenas en harina, luego en huevo batido y finalmente en pan rallado. Poner sobre una bandeja y agregar salsa de tomate, jamón, queso y orégano. Hornear a 180ºC por 20 minutos. Servir calientes.
