Receta completa Lomo de cerdo a la miel INGREDIENTES • 1 kg de Lomo de cerdo • 100 gr de miel • ½ cucharada sal • ½ cucharadita pimienta • ½ cucharadita paprika (opcional) PREPARACIÓN Condimentar el lomo con sal, pimienta y paprika. En una sartén caliente agregar aceite y el lomo de cerdo, sellar por todos lados, debe quedar completamente dorado. Agregar la miel sobre la carne y dejar cocinar durante 35 minutos. Cortar en medallones y servir.
